SHANE PROFITT CAN’T WAIT TO GET “BACK HOME” IN NEW TRACK OUT NOW

Tennessee born, singer-songwriter Shane Profitt released his latest musical creation, “Back Home” via Big Machine Label Group last Friday (22nd March).

“Back Home” was written by Shane Profitt, multi-PLATINUM artist Chris Janson, hit-maker Blake Bollinger, and Nate Kenyon and produced by the GRAMMY® Award-winning Julian Raymond reiterates the notion that there is no place like home and finds the narrator longing to get back as soon as possible.

“Home isn’t just a place, but a feeling,” says Shane. “A lot of this song comes from my time spent on the road and missing that small town feeling and being near to the places, people and things you love—something I’m sure a lot of people can relate to.”

The Columbia, TN native’s homesick new track fondly paints a vivid picture of small-town life with images of hanging out at the local Wal-Mart parking lot, high school kids working on a farm and back porch views.

Shane has recently released a string of new tracks including the laid-back love song “ Two Down” and the autobiographical “I Am Who I Am” and is continuing to work on new music.
